★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non mi funziona la caldaia. Chiamo alle 8,35 questa assistenza perché la più vicina a casa. La signorina mi chiede 40€ per la chiamata e se la voglio “fast”, 60.
“Ok, quella “normale” che tempi ha? Ce la faccio in giornata?” “Ma certamente” è la risposta. L’intervento viene fatto all’ora di pranzo. Sembra andare a buon fine sebbene mi avvertano che la caldaia va cambiata e mi fanno un preventivo di 1100 €+200€ di istallazione. Ci penserò. Nel frattempo per l’intervento mi chiedono 40+60+IVA=120€. “Ecco!”, penso. Parlo con la signora al telefono. Fraintendimento. Non protesto, pago.
Dopo 2 minuti la caldaia smette di funzionare. Li richiamo e mi rispondono che non possono fare niente. Osservo che, di fatto, mi hanno fatto un preventivo non richiesto per 120€. Mi offrono di compensarlo con l’acquisto della caldaia a 1300€. Mi sembra un’estorsione.
Tutto l’episodio ha le caratteristiche del già visto e lascia un sapore metallico in bocca come se fosse un raggiro. La caldaia non funziona. Peccato, perché il ragazzo che ha fatto l’intervento sembrava gentile e preparato.
