Situata in una traversa di Via Tiburtina, in un comprensorio di varie palazzine, questa Agenzia è stata per me di difficile reperimento e solo grazie all'aiuto del portiere - atteso per molto tempo - sono riuscita a trovare la palazzina dove al III piano si trova l'agenzia. Locale piccolo e pieno all'inverosimile, con due scrivanie per i proprietari Carmen e Adalet, molto affidabili. Con me sono stati di una gentilezza assoluta, perchè avendo avuto problemi di salute e non potendo più partire, mi hanno dato tutte le informazioni possibili, i moduli per l'annullamento del viaggio e come istruire la pratica presso l'assicurazione. Fortunatamente poi tutto si è risolto per il meglio e sono potuta partire, avendo come guida lo stesso Adalet sempre presente e cordiale con noi viaggiatori. Avendo viaggiato con altre agenzie da incubo, consiglio senza dubbio la Fuada Tour Srl.

Located in a side street of Via Tiburtina, in an area of various buildings, this agency was difficult for me to find and only thanks to the help of the porter - expected for a long time - I managed to find the building where the third floor is located the agency. Unimaginably small and full restaurant, with two reliable desks for the owners Carmen and Adalet. With me they were of absolute kindness, because having had health problems and being unable to leave, they gave me all the possible information, forms for canceling the trip and how to instruct the insurance with the insurance. Fortunately then everything was resolved for the best and I was able to leave, having as guide the same Adalet always present and friendly with us travelers.
