Ho chiamato ben 3 volte per spiegare che avevo un problema con una caldaia programmabile Ariston e chiesto se il tecnico aveva con se il materiale necessario alla sostituzione di eventuali pezzi compresa la scheda elettronica. Mi è stato risposto che non c’erano problemi…quello che i tecnici non avevano sarebbe stato ordinato in tempi brevi… Con un anticipo di un’ora sull’orario previsto, i 2 tecnici sono arrivati e hanno soltanto provato ad ascendere lo scaldabagno senza successo. Hanno subito sentenziato che il lavoro era troppo importante, avrebbero dovuto smontare tutto, non avevano la scheda che sicuramente andava sostituita, non conoscevano l’apparecchio in quanto NON ERANO SPECIALIZZATI NELLA ARISTON ! Mi hanno quindi spiegato che la scheda costa 380 €, che non valeva la pena fare la riparazione, che era più conveniente sostituire lo scaldabagno ! Però 50 € per il diritto alla chiamata lo dovevo pagare perché secondo Loro avevano fatta la giusta diagnosi !!! In alternativa questo pagamento sarebbe messo a deconto del costo della scheda da ordinare, 380 € ! Visto il mio rifiuto mi hanno fatto chiamare dal titolare che ha cominciato ad aggredirmi….”MA TU CHI SEI ? DA DOVE VIENI ? “ Ho lasciato perdere e pagato 40 € visto che non volevano andare via… Ho quindi chiamato una ditta seria che ha sistemato il scaldabagno per 150 € , era solo un problema di calcare !!! Ed in ogni caso mi hanno confermato che la scheda del mio apparecchio non costa oltre a 140 € montaggio compreso in quanto non è una caldaia ma solo un scaldacqua !!!! TO AVOID! BEWARE! I called 3 times to explain that I had a problem with an Ariston programmable boiler and asked if the technician had with him the necessary material to replace any parts including the electronic board. I was told that there were no problems ... what the technicians hadn't been ordered in a short time ... With an advance of one hour on the scheduled time, the 2 technicians arrived and only tried to ascend the water heater without success. They immediately ruled that the work was too important, they would have had to disassemble everything, they did not have the card that surely had to be replaced, they did not know the device as they WERE NOT SPECIALIZED IN ARISTON! They then explained to me that the board costs 380 €, that it was not worth doing the repair, that it was cheaper to replace the water heater! But 50 € for the right to call I had to pay because according to them they had made the right diagnosis !!! Alternatively, this payment would be deducted from the cost of the card to be ordered, 380 €! Seen my refusal they made me call from the owner who started to attack me .... "BUT WHO ARE YOU? WHERE ARE YOU FROM ? " I gave up and paid € 40 as they didn't want to leave ... So I called a serious company that fixed the water heater for 150 €, it was only a limestone problem !!! And in any case they confirmed to me that the card of my appliance does not cost more than € 140 assembly included as it is not a boiler but only a water heater !!!!

I tecnici sono dovuti ritornare per andare a prendere il pezzo da sostituire e dopo l'operazione si sono accertati che il loro operato fosse stato fatto bene effettuando le dovute verifiche. Sicuramente la migliore assistenza Ariston di zona che consiglio caldamente. A prompt and reliable Ariston boiler service in Rome. Repair done within the day. The technicians had to return to fetch the piece to be replaced and after the operation they made sure that their work had been done well by carrying out the necessary checks. Definitely the best Ariston assistance in the area which I highly recommend.

Comunque esito positivo. The boiler technician came on time, was courteous and did his job.The only thing must be specified in the call, better the prices with VAT or already included because it makes the difference. However positive outcome.
