★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sabato 23 novembre 2019, ore 09.00 chiamo il numero verde per un problema alla lavatrice. L'operatore mi chiede una serie di dati (nome, cognome, indirizzo, n° di cellulare), poi alla fine mi chiede che tipo di problema ha la lavatrice. Mi saluta dicendo che verrò contattato da un tecnico al massimo entro 2 ore per concordare l'appuntamento vero e proprio. Aspetto 2 ore, aspetto 3 ore ....ecc....ecc. In data lunedì 25 novembre 2019 alle ore 15.45 scrivo questa recensione in quanto allo stato attuale non ho ricevuto alcuna telefonata da alcun tecnico. Ovviamente mi sono mosso in altro modo e il problema è stato risolto da un tecnico vero che oltre ad aver risposto in prima persona alla chiamata, è intervenuto come da appuntamento e ha aggiustato la lavatrice. (P.S.: chissà che fine hanno fatto i miei dati personali.)
 Saturday, November 23, 2019, 09:00 call the toll-free number for a problem with the washing machine. The operator asks me for a series of data (name, surname, address, mobile number), then in the end he asks me what kind of problem the washing machine has. He greets me by saying that I will be contacted by a technician at the latest within 2 hours to agree on the actual appointment. I wait 2 hours, I wait 3 hours .... etc .... etc. On Monday 25 November 2019 at 3.45 pm I am writing this review because at the present time I have not received any phone call from any technician. Obviously I moved in another way and the problem was solved by a real technician who, in addition to answering the call in person, intervened as scheduled and adjusted the washing machine. (P.S .: I wonder what happened to my personal information.)
