Questa volta abbiamo chiamato l'Elettromaster e devo dire che mi sono trovata molto meglio in quanto gentilezza, prontezza, professionalità e prezzi. Una bella scoperta! I had always used another Bosch authorized center for my washing machine and was never satisfied. This time we called the Elettromaster and I must say that I found myself much better in terms of kindness, promptness, professionalism and prices. A nice discovery!

Tecnico è arrivato puntuale, ha individuato immediatamente quale fosse il problema della nostra lavastoviglie Siemes, nonostante la non propria giovane età, e in poco più di un'ora ha risolto il problema. Quando siamo tornati in cucina sembrava che nessuno avesse fatto un intervento che, di norma, richiede una certa pulizia dopo le operazioni. Purtroppo non conosco il nome del Tecnico che è intervenuto, ma vogliamo fare i complimenti alla Sua capacità, serietà e professionalità. Le 5 stelle sono d'obbligo, anche a fronte del piccolo prezzo e della lavastoviglie che ora funziona perfettamente, anzi, meglio di prima! Grazie davvero! Never had such perfect assistance. Il tecnico una persona stupenda efficente onesta puntuale ha individuato subito il difetto della mia lavastoviglie e ha risolto il problema .Sono proprio soddisfatta Super positive review. Una cinghia di un asciugatrice che TUTTI i rivenditori autorizzati Bosh vendono a 15 Euro, loro me l'hanno venduta a 45 Euro. Una scheda comando invece che 80, 110 euro. Una VERGOGNA approfittarsi del privato che cerca di sistemarsi da solo le cose per risparmiare qualche soldo soprattutto in questo periodo in cui non si lavora a causa del Covid. Li ho segnalati alla BOSH. They are authorized resellers who sell to individuals by increasing prices as they wish. A belt from a dryer that ALL Bosh authorized dealers sell for 15 Euros, they sold it to me for 45 Euros. A command card instead of 80, 110 euros. A SHAME to take advantage of the private person who tries to settle things by himself to save some money especially in this period in which there is no work due to Covid. I reported them to BOSH.
