Ho avuto subito una impressione positiva di questa attività. Grande affluenza di clienti, il che è già un indizio incoragiante, grande quantità di cose vendute , anche pronte alla cottura con modi di condire gli alimenti rispettosi della tradizione siciliana. Una piacevole sorpresa i piatti di carne già condita, con ricette tipiche siciliane e romane, e siete fortunati trovate i sughi alla romana preparati da Riccardo, non fatevi sfuggire la pajata e la coratella, da capogiro. E poi ottimo anche l'angolo pizzicheria, con ottimi affettati e formaggi, ottimi quelli di latte vaccino non pastorizzato.
