★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo devo ricredermi, non è un negozio professionale. Ci vado da tempo ma oggi 6 agosto il patatrac. Prenoto con app arrivo nessuno che mi da retta e poi arrivata l’ora dell’appuntamento fissato chiedo e mi impapocchiano qualcosa circa cambiato appuntamento (senza avvertirmi), vieni dopo…al che faccio presente che sono in pausa pranzo dal lavoro e che quindi mi è impossibile dopo. Prenoto proprio x avere certezza del taglio e fare in tempo. E quindi disdico e vado via. Poca cortesia e professionalità. So pischelli e si vede. Fanno app per prenotare e poi loro non rispettano ne avvertono. Non credo ci tornerò.
Unfortunately I have to change my mind, it is not a professional shop. I've been going there for a long time but today 6 August the patatrac. I book with the app, I arrive no one who pays attention to me and then when the time for the fixed appointment has arrived I ask and they give me something about a changed appointment (without warning me), come later ... to which I point out that I am on a lunch break from work and therefore I it is impossible after. I book just to be sure of the cut and make it on time. And so I cancel and leave. Little courtesy and professionalism. I know kids and it shows. They make apps to book and then they don't respect they warn it. I don't think I'll be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza durata un anno o poco più, tagli di capelli raramente conformi a quanto richiesto, ogni volta a tagliare i capelli ci sono persone diverse quindi manca la possibilità di fidelizzarsi. Prezzi contenuti ma mancanza totale di professionalità, finchè ci sono pochi clienti si mostrano disponibili, ma quando hanno un'alta richiesta lasciano il cliente in balia del nulla. Evidentemente questi giovani ragazzi hanno ancora molto da imparare sul mondo del lavoro e sull'importanza del cliente. Con me hanno perso un cliente fisso.
Experience that lasted a year or so, haircuts rarely comply with what is required, each time there are different people to cut hair so there is no chance to build loyalty. Low prices but total lack of professionalism, as long as there are few customers they show themselves available, but when they have a high demand they leave the customer at the mercy of nothing. Evidently these young guys still have a lot to learn about the world of work and the importance of the customer. With me they lost a regular customer.
