★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho lasciato il mio Televisore LG in assistenza e dopo un mese, solo perché ho chiamato io, mi è stato detto che non poteva ripararlo e che lo avrei dovuto portare in un centro di assistenza LG. Se non avessi chiamato quanto tempo sarebbe ancora trascorso? Non metto una stella solo per rispetto. Ah, il preventivo costa 20 euro.... Che ovviamente ho pagato in anticipo.
RISPOSTA: Vero, il preventivo è stato 15 ma la richiesta era di 20, comunque un mese per scoprire che la TV non era riparabile è troppo, soprattutto perchè ho dovuto chiamare io per scoprirlo.
 I left my LG TV in for service and after a month, just because I called, I was told that it could not be repaired and that I would have to take it to an LG service center. If I hadn't called, how much time would have passed? I don't put a star just out of respect. Ah, the quote costs 20 euros .... Which of course I paid in advance.
ANSWER: True, the estimate was 15 but the request was 20, however a month to find out that the TV was not repairable is too much, especially because I had to call to find out.
