★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non vorrei fare dell’erba un fascio, per questo preferisco precisare. La mia bassa recensione è soprattutto riferita al ragazzetto che ci lavora. È stato molto indisponente, poco gentile e maleducato. Ha agito con goliardia! Mancanza di ponderatezza, serietà e rispetto verso una persona più grande di lui. Il prezzo l’ho trovato eccessivo anche perché poco dopo mi sono confrontata con il marito di una mia collega che si occupa di informatica e mi ha detto che per quel lavoro avrei potuto pagarne la metà da un’altra parte.. solo che ormai avevo accettato il preventivo. Mi vorrei soprattutto focalizzare su quel ragazzo perché si sa che dove si trova la maleducazione una persona non ci torna più! Nel lavoro, lo dovrebbe sapere anche lei, che oltre ad avere le competenze necessarie bisogna avere anche l’educazione!!!

 I would not like to make a bundle of grass, so I prefer to specify. My low review is mostly about the kid who works there. He was very annoying, unkind and rude. He acted with cheerfulness! Lack of thoughtfulness, seriousness and respect towards a person older than him. I found the price excessive also because shortly after I confronted the husband of a colleague of mine who works in computer science and he told me that for that job I could have paid half it elsewhere .. only that I had by now accepted the quote. I would especially like to focus on that boy because you know that where rudeness is a person never goes back! At work, you should know it too, that in addition to having the necessary skills you also need to have education !!!

Thanks to these guys who are always quick to solve every problem. And above all honest in the value for money. They never take advantage of even someone like me who doesn't understand anything about technology and could invent any very expensive breakdown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono rivolta a loro per riparare la mia tv Samsung ormai datata che credevo non solo che non si potesse riparare ma anche che non convenisse economicamente farlo e invece...con stupore e a prezzi contenuti sono riusciti non solo a ripararmela ma sembra davvero che sia tornata come nuova!!!
Personale competente, cortese, disponibile ma, soprattutto attento alle esigenze del cliente.
Tariffe oneste e precisi( anzi, nel mio caso direi in anticipo sui tempi di riparazione e consegna!). Preventivi rapidi! Cosa dire di più?!? Fantastici!!! Grazie ancora per il vostro servizio!!! Lo consiglio a chiunque ne avesse bisogno anzi...lo raccomando!!!
I turned to them to repair my now dated Samsung TV that I believed not only that it could not be repaired but also that it would not be economically convenient to do it and instead ... with amazement and at low prices they managed not only to repair it but it really seems that it is back like new !!!

La cosa che mi ha fatto molto piacere e non è da tutti che il mio ricambio è costato solo 5 euro ma la loro professionalità nell'aiutarmi con tanto di scambio messaggi e foto per ordinare il pezzo giusto di una macchina del caffè è stata come se fossi un cliente che stava spendendo 1000 euro, veramente complimenti. Peccato non si possano dare più di 5 stelle!
