★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima assistenza è dir poco!!! In 2 anni ho dovuto chiamarli ben 5 volte... e ora pure la sesta volta!!
Prima volta cambio sportello difettoso, della lascigua acquistata da poco.
Tempo qualche mese non asciugava più, uscito il tecnico che mi dice che non posso usarla tutti i giorni ( quando invece il venditore mi aveva detto l'esatto contrario) a distanza di 5 mesi richiamo perché quando centrifuga, fa un rumore assurdo.. esce il tecnico e mi dice che c'è da cambiare il cestello, le spazzole, lo sportello e tutto il cablaggio perché c'è il filo del sensore dell'acqua calda tranciato ( ma tranciato da chi??? Dal tecnico che è venuto a pulirmi il filtro 5 mesi prima??? Perché noi di certo non abbiamo aperto la lavatrice e tagliato i cavi!! Senza contare che ho lavato a freddo senza saperlo e che la lavatrice nemmeno mi segnava l'errore) Me la ritirano dicendomi "tempo 1 settimana gliela riconsegnamo"!! Bene.. sono passate ben 3 settimane me la riconsegnano giovedì 11 novembre alle 19di sera... la mattina seguente faccio un lavaggio a 90° gradi tempo mezz'ora salta la luce.. come la accendo risalta la luce.. richiamo l'assistenza e il tecnico mi chiama alle 18.30 ( giusto quando ormai gli uffici sono chiusi) per dirmi di cambiare spina?!? Richiamo il lunedi alle 8.30 mi dicono che il tecnico mi deve chiamare... alle 12 ancora nulla richiamo io e mi dicono che ho capito male ( eh certo) e che il tecnico dovevano sentirlo loro per poi dirmi quando uscivano e che mi faceva sapere in giornata... mi dicono che in giornata non escono ( grazie) arrivano martedi sera alle 18.30 aggiusta il contatto che faceva saltare la luce dicendomi che ora funziona.. tempo mezz'ora faccio partire la lavatrice e mi da errore C4.... io sono veramente senza parole!!! Assurdo!!! E io sono senza lavasciuga ormai da 5 giorni.. con 2 bimbi piccoli!!!

After a few months it did not dry anymore, the technician came out and told me that I cannot use it every day (when the seller had told me the exact opposite) after 5 months I recall because when it spins, it makes an absurd noise .. it comes out the technician and tells me that the basket, the brushes, the door and all the wiring need to be changed because there is the hot water sensor wire cut (but cut by whom ??? From the technician who came to clean the filter 5 months before ??? Because we certainly did not open the washing machine and cut the cables !! Not to mention that I washed cold without knowing it and that the washing machine did not even mark the error) They withdraw it telling me "time 1 week we will return it to you "!! Well .. 3 weeks have passed and they return it to me on Thursday 11 November at 7 pm ... the next morning I do a wash at 90 ° degrees time half an hour the light goes out .. as I turn it on the light stands out .. I recall the assistance and the technician calls me at 6.30 pm (just when the offices are closed) to tell me to change the plug?!? I call back on Monday at 8.30 am they tell me that the technician has to call me ... at 12 noon I call back and they tell me that I misunderstood (eh sure) and that the technician had to hear him and then tell me when they were going out and let me know during the day ... they tell me that they do not go out during the day (thanks) they arrive on Tuesday evening at 6.30 pm fixes the contact that blew the light telling me what time it works .. time half an hour I start the washing machine and it gives me error C4 ... I am truly speechless !!! Absurd!!! And I have been without a washer dryer for 5 days now .. with 2 small children !!!

Nel giro di una settimana scarsa (e semi festiva) i piedini sono stati ordinati al produttore e da me ricevuti. Titolare molto disponibile e prontoad andare incontro alle esigenze del cliente. Bravi!
