Faccio istallare da un professionista serio e competente, il climatizzatore però no parte , si accende, si spegne e va in errore...chiamo subito in negozio a Castelfranco e mi viene detto che devo arrangiarmi con la garanzia a riparlo.(in modo anche sbrigativo) chiedo, ma è nuovo mai usato? Cosa devo fare riparare? Ho pagato per una cosa nuova,no riparata....risposta? Eh signora , mi dispiace ma no possiamo farci niente... Morale? Quasi 20 gg sono passati ho ancora il climatizzatore rotto e sono al caldo, tra assistenza che temporeggia e il negozio che si lava le mani. - AGGIORNO IL POST 4 stelle , subito dopo che con grande serietà il negozio ha preso in mano la situazione e l'ha risolta con grandissima disponibilità , resta pessima l'assistenza del marchio che avevo scelto come climatizzatore seppur conosciuto come un buon marchio.
