Dopo aver effettuato il pagamento mi è arrivato il rasaerba purtroppo con un pezzo rotto. Nel momento in cui ho chiesto di avviare una pratica di reso l’unica opzione che mi è stata offerta è stata quella di dover procedere a smontare e riparare personalmente il pezzo danneggiato che avrebbero provveduto a inviarmi. Visto l’assurda proposta e la loro insistenza a procedere solo con tale soluzione ho dovuto spedire a mie spese il rasaerba indietro ribadendo per l’ennesima volta la mia volontà nel voler esercitare il mio diritto di reso. Ebbene nonostante mi hanno confermato l’arrivo del pacco non hanno effettuato alcun rimborso. Fortunatamente sono riuscito a recuperare tutto dopo una ventina di giorni solo grazie all’intervento di Paypal. Pertanto la mia esperienza con questo venditore è stata pessima come è stata pessima la comunicazione e la gestione post vendita.
Comunque a mio parere sono anche questi i motivi che fanno crescere un’azienda PROFESSIONALE come AMAZON che , anziché pensare solo ai profitti , mira a soddisfare prontamente le varie richieste del cliente instaurando intelligentemente nel tempo un rapporto di reciproca fiducia.
Ma purtroppo tutti sanno vendere ma pochi riescono a essere dei Bravi venditori. Comunque ringrazio Mazan per avermi fatto capire ulteriormente che non vale la pena affidarsi a dei venditori poco professionali solo per risparmiare qualche euro proprio perché al primo imprevisto si rischia di perdere tempo e denaro.
