★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima, persone incompetenti che non riescono a organizzare nemmeno le cose più semplici da una pulizia delle vasche di spurgo a problemi più seri di infiltrazione e cosa ben più grave trattano con disprezzo gli inquilini in affitto considerando solo i proprietari.. ma vorrei ricordare a questo studio che anche gli inquilini in affitto pagano le spese condominiali e quindi anche il loro stipendio!...Sconsiglio vivamente questo studio oltre al fatto che è costoso non svolgono neanche correttamente la loro attività! Mi sono sentita rispondere che devo lasciare libero l'accesso per lo svuotamento delle vasche...certo ma io voglio essere presente quando lo fanno e il signore mi ha risposto che nn può stare lì a chiamare la gente ,che nn ha tempo!!!cose dell'altro mondo...vorreste che entrassero anzi che scavalcassero la vostra recinzione mentre nn siete a casa????io no di certo!
Bad experience, incompetent people who cannot organize even the simplest things from a cleaning of the purging tanks to more serious problems of infiltration and much more serious they treat the rented tenants with contempt considering only the owners .. but I would like to remind this studio that even the tenants on rent pay the condominium expenses and therefore also their salary! ... I strongly advise against this studio besides the fact that it is expensive they do not even carry out their activity correctly! I heard that I have to leave the access to empty the tanks free ... of course, but I want to be present when they do and the gentleman replied that he can not stay there to call people, who does not have time !! ! things from the other world ... would you like them to enter or even climb over your fence while you are not at home ???? I certainly don't!
