★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il mio smartphone samsung ha deciso di lasciarmi a piedi con il monitor, così decido di andare a ripararlo in un centro di assistenza autorizzato per le garanzie che ne comporta. Nella sostituzione mi rovinano i sensori di luminosità, quindi ritorno nel centro assistenza ( ... vi risparmio i vari dettagli e passaggi ... ) e nonostante mi confermino che si tratti di un danno post assistenza si sollevano dalla responsabilità e per la riparazione mi chiedono altri soldi. Inoltre rivolgendomi al centro reclami samsung mi è stato riferito che la riparazione è stata registrata ma poi cancellata! State alla larga! o meglio, andate dove costa meno che tanto l'assistenza e la garanzia in questo centro è inesistente!

Furthermore, when I contacted the Samsung Complaints Center, I was told that the repair was registered but then canceled! Stay away! or rather, go where assistance costs less than a lot and the guarantee in this center is non-existent!

Mai più, per colpa di questo centro non comprero più prodotti samsung.
Ho portato il mio orologio samsung watch active 2, ancora in garanzia, con la certificazione che si può usare anche per attività di nuoto. La prima volta che lo metto in acqua (sottolineo dolce) e si rompe. Lo porto in questo "centro assistenza" e mi dicono che per aggiustarlo devo spendere altri 180 euro. Cifra assurda considerando che il prodotto è in garanzia e certificato.
Oltre questo, lo porto a casa senza sistemarlo, sperando di riuscire a fare qualcosa in altri centri, apro la scatola e l'orologio è smontato. Ridicoli.mai più. Dovrebbero chiudere.

I brought my samsung watch active 2, still under warranty, with the certification that it can also be used for swimming activities. The first time I put it in the water (I stress sweet) and it breaks. I take it to this "service center" and they tell me that to fix it I have to spend another 180 euros. Absurd figure considering that the product is under warranty and certified.
Beyond that, I take it home without fixing it, hoping to be able to do something in other centers, I open the box and the watch is disassembled. Ridiculous ... never again. They should close.

Non solo mi hanno fatto aspettare inutilmente una risposta per una settimana... Ma non hanno nemmeno provato ad aiutarmi
Edit: a parte la risposta del proprietario che lascia il tempo che trova... Se nn è un genere di servizio che effettuate forse è meglio che parliate con il coordinamento del centro assistenza Samsung dato che sono stati loro a dirmi di rivolgermi a voi... E per precisare il problema non riguarda la staffa di terze parti ma un semplice distanziatore per il quale non siete in grado né di darmi il ricambio né di darmi delle specifiche per poterlo trovare da altre parti. Forse è meglio scrivere che fare ASSISTENZA ma solo per i prodotti Samsung che decidete voi ! Buona giornata

If nn is a kind of service that made maybe it's best that you speak with the coordination of the Samsung Service Center since it was them telling me to address you. .. And to point out the problem is not with the bracket third party but a simple spacer for which you are not able to either give me the parts or to give me the specifications to be able to find elsewhere. Perhaps it is better to write do ASSISTANCE but only for Samsung products that you decide! Good day

Prima di tutto io sono arrivato con un samsung in garanzia che aveva il schermo bloccato. La signora in 30 secondi senza controllare niente solo guardando il telefono mi ha fatto un preventivo di 180 euro dicendomi che il schermo è storto e la garanzia non vale. Una cosa non vera. Il schermo non è storto, portando il telefono in un altra parta i tecnici hanno Trovato un problema di software dove la garanzia è valida. La recensione e molto vera ,siete truffatori con T grande. Ho capito che vuoi difendere la tua attività e quindi rispondi a tutte le recensioni negative a modo tuo invece di iniziare a lavorare onestamente.buona giornata

The lady in 30 seconds without checking anything just looking at the phone gave me a quote of 180 euros telling me that the screen is wrong and the warranty is not valid. This is not true. The screen is not crooked, taking the phone to another part the technicians found a software problem where the warranty is valid. The review is very true, you are scammers with big T.
