★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The facility was beautiful. The water is warm. The saunas are hot and the treatments (ceremonies) are distinctive and enjoyable. The staff is professional and mostly speak English.
Drinks were good as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Spa is clean and really big. Service was ok. The pools are good. The layout is a bit confusing. The overall feeling is of a place for quantity more than quality. The location is not the greatest right in the industrial area of Florence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing, was over the moon experience. No kids and phones allowed, only adults, plenty of rooms for relaxation, weather is cold but rooms are warm and pools are heated, opt to eat outside while submerged in the warm pool. Its truly for relaxing and leaving all your troubles out the door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible experience! I got a day pass as a bday gift from a friend and would definitely recommend to other people to go and present themselves with at least an hour at this place. Saunas are unreal! It's really an experience to have!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Outstanding place. Excellent value for money. Loved the diversity of treatments, saunas, experiences, pools and relaxation options. Place is super clean, well organized and beautiful. Very good massages and the ceremonies are special. Bar in the pool is really cool too. Only minus was the food that could be better. We certainly will be back soon. Thanks for an awesome experience.
