★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Svolgono un lavoro bellissimo, ma lo fanno senza umanità e sensibilità.
Ho segnalato un gattino neonato in strada, e se non avessi insistito al cellulare, non sarebbero neppure venuti a prenderlo "se non mostra ferite". Dopo aver preso il gattino è stato microchippato e portato all'ASL il giorno dopo, da lì, se chiami nessuno ti risponde, e quando lo hanno fatto con me, non sapevano che fine avesse fatto il gattino, chiedendomi di chiamare più tardi... quindi mi sono recata in sede il giorno stesso, e in 10 minuti.. hanno trovato il gatto, ciò significa poca organizzazione e soprattutto, vuol dire che se non mi fossi data una mossa, non si sarebbero scomodati dalla loro nullafacenza. Ad oggi sono passati 2 mesi dal ritiro del gatto, e soffrendo di un'importante malattia, mi era stato detto che mi avrebbero avvisata quando avrei potuto adottarlo, ma inutile parlare delle chiamate che ho fatto per avere notizie... nessuna risposta. Aspettano che vada di nuovo lì, ma con le guardie però!

I reported a newborn kitten on the street, and if I hadn't insisted on my cell phone, they wouldn't even have come to get it "if it shows no wounds". After taking the kitten he was microchipped and taken to the ASL the next day, from there, if you call no one answers you, and when they did it with me, they didn't know what happened to the kitten, asking me to call later .. . so I went to the office the same day, and in 10 minutes .. they found the cat, this means little organization and above all, it means that if I hadn't given a move, they wouldn't have bothered by their nothingness. To date, 2 months have passed since the cat's retirement, and suffering from an important disease, I was told that they would warn me when I could adopt it, but it is useless to talk about the calls I made for news ... no answer. They wait for me to go there again, but with the guards though!
