f	filippo italiano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato materiale per analisi del sangue del valore di 99 € e il materiale mi é arrivato a casa danneggiato e mancante di componenti per proseguire agli analisi del sangue.Non poteva succedere altrimenti se andiamo a vedere che tipo di pacco (semplice busta fu NYLON) era stato preparato per spedire materiale delicato. Nonostante avergli fatto vedere foto e quant altro si sono rifiutati di riprendersi il prodotto o quantomeno recuperare in modo parziale alla merce mancante nella confezione aperta da non so chi. Li ho contattati più volte con risposte ai messaggi dopo 2 gg dal ricevimento del mio....È la prima volta che mi trovo in una situazione del genere. Da quando ho delegato PAYPAL a risolvermi questo problema...le risposte del venditore adesso sono immediate e senza ritardi. Se decidete di fare acquisti con questa gente vi consiglio di farlo solo con PAYPAL. CON UN AZIENDA DEL NORD NON SAREBBE MAI successo. Dopo un paio di giorni sono stata avvisata che la carrozzina purtroppo non era disponibile e che sarebbe stata disponibile solo dalla settimana successiva. Loro correttamente mi hanno dato la possibilità di scegliere se mantenere l'ordine o se ricevere il rimborso. Ho mantenuto l'ordine attivo ed esattamente una settimana dopo abbiamo ricevuto la carrozzina, in condizioni perfette, ed è risultata anche meglio di come ce la immaginavamo. Il tutto, ripeto, unito ad un ottimo prezzo. Se avremo bisogno compreremo sicuramente ancora da loro. Ordered a pram for my disabled mom at a super competitive price.
