Tempistica di attesa snervante, con rimpallo da un numero all'altro senza riuscire a risolvere il problema. Inoltrano le telefonate per lasciare le persone senza risposte ad aspettare qualcuno che risponda al telefono. Cambiate lavoro perché per lavorare al telefono bisogna conoscere le basi della comunicazione e non buttare giù il telefono quando la persona sta ancora parlando. Veramente allibita. Nn so cosa sia successo, ma nn sono riuscita a sapere ne fare nulla. Riprovo nel pomeriggio. Questa mattina assembramento in quanto ,essendo andati in pensione 2 medici, inevitabile l afflusso di 3000 persone per il cambio medico. Assembramento appunto,inevitabile in quanto non ci si poteva dematerializzare. Apertura uffici ore 10: più di un ora fuori al freddo. Mi chiedo ,fare un piccolo strappo alla regola e aprire prima gli uffici in una situazione del genere? Non penso sarebbero saltate delle teste. Telefonando all URP, PER SEGNALARE L ' errore sul sito, son stata redarguita da una signora dipendente, che mi ha intimato di fare silenzio perché c'era gente che lavorava . Ma come? Un servizio per gli utenti tenuti all esterno,mi chiedo, quale lavoro starebbero svolgendo? Tra l'altro la signora in questione l ho vista andare e venire più e più volte avanti e indietro. È questo il suo lavoro? Ci vuole più trasparenza, la stessa trasparenza pretesa da altre categorie che devono giustificare il loro agire a chiunque. Informazioni date con il contagocce. La signora Ucraina aveva bisogno di recuperare suo greenpass ,trovato sia la responsabile che l'addetta che ci hanno aiutato con gentilezza e competenza. Poi ci siamo recate sotto per cambio medico e rinnovo tessera sanitaria, anche li un'addetta semplicemente cortese e pronta ad esaudire tutte le nostre richieste . Veramente soddisfatta del servizio.
