Bruttissima esperienza che per condizioni di forza maggiore non posso scegliere di non ripetere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato a fare un prelievo e ho visto una signora bassa, bionda con gli occhiali senza la minima voglia di lavorare, insultare prima la gente che ci stava ( perché secondo lei era troppa) poi ha insultato una ragazza tirocinante ( dandole dell’incapace), poi ha insultato il collega uomo che la spronava a fare qualcosa, poi ha insultato me e altre persone perché c’era troppo vociferare nell’atrio. Se non hai voglia di lavorare stai a casa e dai la possibilità ad altre persone, baldraccona.
I was taking a sample and saw a short, blonde lady with glasses with no desire to work, first insulting the people who were there (because she thought it was too much) then she insulted a trainee girl (calling her incapable) , then she insulted the male colleague who urged her to do something, then she insulted me and other people because there was too much rumor in the hall. If you don't feel like working, stay home and give other people a chance, slut.

Dopo essere tornato dalla Spagna ho provato a richiedere il tampone nella Città Lombarda dove risiede la mia bimba, non mi hanno risposto nemmeno una volta al telefono dopo aver chiamato circa 40 volte per 2giorni consecutivi.Sono dovuto venire giù a Roseto degli Abruzzi per questioni familiari e chiamando la Asl di Teramo mi hanno risposto al secondo squillo e mi hanno fatto il tampone Covid19 il giorno dopo facendomi aspettare solo 15min. Complimenti al servizio che in questa occasione, per la mia esperienza qui a Teramo è stata molto soddisfacente nonostante le difficoltà che stiamo vivendo in questo periodo. Grazie

After returning from Spain I tried to request a tampon in the Lombard city where my child resides, they did not answer me even once on the phone after calling about 40 times for 2 consecutive days I had to come down to Roseto degli Abruzzi for family matters and calling the ASL of Teramo they answered me on the second ring and gave me the Covid19 swab the next day, making me wait only 15min. Congratulations to the service that on this occasion, for my experience here in Teramo was very satisfying despite the difficulties we are experiencing in this period. Thank you

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personale reception, bravissima disponibile umana! Segreteria radiologia, Io con richiesta de RM urgenti mi ha suggerito ho lei se faccia ricoverare o venga in codice rosso in pronto soccorso, se avessi tipo un incidente stradale!!
Obs inválida 80% giovedì giornata al ospedale, in pronto soccorso, portata in ambulanza, entrai male uscì peggio! La dottoressa una signorina giovani, disponibile ha fatto ciò che poteva dentro le sue competenze e esperienza. Ho problema cardiaco nn sono in nessun momento stata valutata da un cardiologo!! Pressione arrivata a 160/90! Pressione oculare altissima visita oculistica dottore disponibile! Una Tac da ridere, un spreco di equipamento in mano a dei professionali nn qualificati! I bravi dottore sono andate via, peccato, ma il ciclo è così! Ieri vittime oggi cavie!

Obs inválida 80% Thursday day at the hospital, in the emergency room, taken by ambulance, I entered badly, got worse! The doctor, a young, helpful young lady, did what she could within her skills and experience. I have a heart problem and have never been evaluated by a cardiologist !! Pressure reached 160/90! Very high eye pressure eye examination doctor available! A Tac to laugh, a waste of equipment in the hands of non-qualified professionals! The good doctors are gone, too bad, but the cycle is like this! Victims yesterday today guinea pigs!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio. Il centro prenotazioni non serve a nulla, in quanto non rispondono MAI. Per prenotare una visita, devi votarti a un santo. E per non parlare del resto. Il bello è che queste cose sono risapute e già hanno detto, anni fa, che le avrebbero sistemate. Peccato che la situazione NON sia minimamente cambiata!
Bad service. The reservation center is useless, as they NEVER answer. To book a visit, you must vow to a saint. And not to mention the rest. The beauty is that these things are known and they already said, years ago, that they would have fixed them. Too bad that the situation has NOT changed in the least!
