Ho mandato 2 mail ma non rispondono neanche a quelle,se sei fortunato, qualche operatore di call center ti risponderà al numero verde,ma non risolvono nulla...morale :per un rimborso di un pagamento a seguito di cessazione utenza ho impiegato 2 anni!! Fortunati loro...non c'è alternativa per noi comuni mortali. They don't answer the phone even if you hit the ground, they have 5 numbers, they all ring free but they don't answer .. NEVER !! I sent 2 emails but they don't even reply to those, if you are lucky, some call center operator will answer you on the toll-free number, but they do not solve anything ... moral: for a refund of a payment following termination of use, it took me 2 years !!
