Con tutti i suoi "mali" meglio la sanitá pubblica.
Non capisco perchè le Aziende private siano "legate" a questa "inutile" Associazione..
Mah...

With all its "ills" better public health.
I don't understand why private companies are "tied" to this "useless" association ..
