★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho firmato una polizza con questa agenzia. I responsabili molto carinamente ci hanno infilato la clausola di tacito rinnovo. Nella clausola c'era un bel SI già PRESTAMPATO. I termini in cui disdire poi li hanno, sempre gentilmente, infilati a pagina 7 di un fascicoletto allegato al contratto.
Veramente trasparenti, onesti e gentili (per telefono poi non ve lo racconto proprio) consigliatissimi!
I signed a policy with this agency. The managers very nicely have inserted the tacit renewal clause. In the clause there was a nice pre-printed YES. The terms in which to cancel then have them, always kindly, inserted on page 7 of a booklet attached to the contract.
Truly transparent, honest and kind (I won't tell you by phone) highly recommended!
