★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La struttura che funziona benissimo - tutto il personale molto disponibile e professionale. Ho fatto la visita oculistica e mi sono trovata benissimo. La dottoressa molto professionale, efficiente e gentilissima; diretta e molto chiara.
 The facility that works great - all the staff very helpful and professional. I had an eye examination and I had a great time. The doctor is very professional, efficient and very kind; direct and very clear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asl inutile buona solo x i vaccini. Sono scortesi mettono fogli inutili pensando che siamo stupidi da non capire il significato poi chiedi spiegazioni e non sanno rispondere. Questa e la seconda volta che mi capita. Consiglio di non andare a questo punto e meglio la fila fatta al sant Andrea almeno uno gia sa che di deve armare di santa pazienza.
Asl useless only good for the vaccines. They are impolite they put useless papers thinking that we are stupid not to understand the meaning then you ask explanations and they don't know how to answer. This is the second time it happens to me. Council not to go to this point and better the line made to Sant Andrea at least one already knows that he must arm himself with holy patience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sì dovrebbero vergognare, sia gli addetti al call center che alcune addette alle casse. Peggio dei parassiti. Al telefono non rispondono mai, ma quando vai lì hanno tempo di chiacchierare tra di loro o prendersi il caffè con calma. La ASL dovrebbe fare qualcosa e vigilare su questi perdigiorno.
Yes, both call center employees and some cash desk officers should be ashamed. Worse than pests. They never answer on the phone, but when you go there they have time to chat with each other or take their coffee calmly. The ASL should do something and watch over these idlers.

Ultamente come invalido ho cercato di entrare per prenotare una visita specialistica, ma il personale di filtro mi ha impedito di entrare perché " c'era affollamento " lasciandomi fuori alla pioggia...

Di 3 visite alla fine me ne ha prescritto solo una. Al st. Andrea sono 1000 volte meglio. Nonostante abiti a Labaro non ci verrò mai più. Ciao ciao segretatia dei miei stivali

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo 6 mesi di telefonate, senza nessuna risposta, sono stato costretto ad andarci nonostante il Covid. Non capisco perché non rispondono alle chiamate quando passeggiano nei corridoi parlando tranquillamente e, all’ingresso, ci sono due persone che non controllano il greenpass, agli accompagnatori, o la temperatura, come da decreto. Li le regole sono opzional......e io pagoooo!!!
After 6 months of phone calls, with no response, I was forced to go there despite Covid. I do not understand why they do not answer calls when they walk in the corridors talking quietly and, at the entrance, there are two people who do not check the greenpass, the companions, or the temperature, as per decree. The rules are optional there ...... and I pagoooo !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho ancora capito cosa ci stanno a fare le persone al CUP,sempre stanchi e scortesi.
A mezzogiorno ho preso il numero per prenotare le analisi,e le due signore agli sportelli(vuoti)
Mi hanno fatto aspettare dieci minuti prima di darmi retta perche stavano ciattando al telefonino.
Finalmente dopo varie smorfie mi hanno fatto prenotazione ma alla mia richiesta di info per fare esenzione mi ha interrotto e mi ha dato il sito internet .
Insomma non hanno proprio voglia di fare un ca....volo?
