Ho portato ieri 10/06 alle ore 10 circa il mio Samsung J6 per cambiare il display. Sono tornato a riprenderlo alle 16.30 e fin da subito mi accorgo che l’alto parlante non funziona. Oggi invece il telefono si riavvia di continuo e perde colla da tutti i fori , la camera frontale e il sensore per le chiamate non funzionano.
Per aprire il telefono inoltre mi ha devastato i bordi con tutti i segni della morsa o altro attrezzo che ha usato.
Non mi ha nemmeno fornito lo scontrino.
Mi trovavo a novara per lavoro e ora mi ritrovo con un telefono non funzionante a km di distanza.
Settimana prossima ritorno a novara con il collega che mi ha accompagnato in negozio e che mi farà da testimone. Se non mi rilascia lo scontrino e mi sistema il telefono lo denuncerò alle autorità competenti.

He didn't even give me the receipt.
I was in novara for work and now I find myself with a non-working phone miles away.
Next week I return to Novara with the colleague who accompanied me to the shop and who will be my witness. If he does not give me the receipt and fix the phone, I will report it to the competent authorities.
