This is a gym where you work exclusively with a personal trainer. It has new machinery, not very big but has the bare essentials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbastanza fornita la sala pesi. I tapis roulant sono spesso fuori "sincronia" (la stessa velocita è variabile da uno all'altro). Gli istruttori della mattina sono presenti e competenti. Apertura dalle 6:30.
The weight room is quite well equipped. Treadmills are often out of sync (the same speed varies from one to the other). The morning instructors are present and competent. Open from 6:30 am.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I costi sono un po' altini, ma vengono totalmente ricompensati da un personale non solo estremamente competente, ma anche dedicato al singolo e alla sua crescita (sia fisica che formativa). Consigliato a chi vorrebbe cominciare ma non ha il desiderio costante di andare in palestra. Gli istruttori, dopotutto, sono anche simpatici e cordiali! :)
The costs are a little high, but they are totally rewarded by a staff not only extremely competent, but also dedicated to the individual and to his growth (both physical and educational). Recommended for those who would like to start but do not have the constant desire to go to the gym. The instructors, after all, are also nice and friendly! :)
