Eleonora è bravissima e attenta alle esigenze di tutti, riesce a dare un allenamento su misura per gli obiettivi di ognuno. Si è dimostrata anche molto competente nel valutare lo stato fisico di tutte noi e tarare gli esercizi in maniera consona. Inoltre è stata flessibile nell'organizzazione degli orari/giorni del corso. Consigliatissimo!
I did the pregnancy course and it was perfect for my needs to combine training and relaxation. Eleonora is very good and attentive to everyone's needs, she manages to give training tailored to everyone's goals. She also proved very competent in assessing the physical state of all of us and calibrating exercises in a suitable way. In addition, she was flexible in organizing course times / days. Highly recommended!
