★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allenarsi con Andrea fa bene al corpo e alla mente, professionista di rara bravura e con una grande capacità empatica, mi ha incoraggiata e spinta ad un continuo miglioramento. Nel mio caso grazie a lui ho ottenuto risultati incredibili in poco più di due mesi ma soprattutto da pigra cronica è riuscito a farmi apprezzare l’esercizio fisico... mi faccio paura da sola ??? e come se non bastasse gli sforzi vengono alleggeriti dalla sua simpatia e dalla sua energia positiva. Non potrò mai ringraziarlo abbastanza ?
 Training with Andrea is good for the body and mind, a professional of rare skill and with a great empathic ability, encouraged me and pushed me to continuous improvement. In my case, thanks to him, I got incredible results in just over two months but above all as a chronic lazy man he managed to make me appreciate physical exercise ... I scare myself ??? and as if that weren't enough, the efforts are relieved by his sympathy and his positive energy. I can never thank him enough ?

Avevo provato diverse cose e devo dire che, a parte qualche risultato iniziale, niente di entusiasmante. Così ho deciso di affidarmi al Metodo Warysan e devo dire che è tutta un'altra storia... kili persi e fisico rimodellare in 8 mesi

My problem has always been to lose excess kilos, about 5/6, and to reshape critical points. I had tried several things and I must say that, apart from some initial results, nothing exciting. So I decided to rely on the Warysan Method and I must say that it's a whole other story ... lost pounds and physical remodel in 8 months

Ho iniziato recentemente il programma di allenamento con Andrea Gentile e sono rimasta molto colpita dalla sua abilità nel riuscire a trovare un esercizio adatto per risvegliare e rafforzare ogni muscolo, anche nelle situazioni più complesse. Ogni esercizio e’ frutto di anni di studio e approfondimento sul campo, e apprezzo molto la possibilità di variare allennamento ogni settimana fortificando i muscoli e aumentando la mobilità in modo stimolante e progressivo. Con Andrea ho scoperto il valore di un personal trainer super qualificato e lo raccomando a chiunque voglia farsi del bene!
The Warysan center is managed with genuine attention to the needs of the individual and great professionalism. I recently started the training program with Andrea Gentile and I was very impressed by his ability to find a suitable exercise to awaken and strengthen every muscle, even in the most complex situations. Each exercise is the result of years of study and in-depth study in the field, and I really appreciate the possibility of varying workouts every week, fortifying the muscles and increasing mobility in a stimulating and progressive way. With Andrea I discovered the value of a super qualified personal trainer and I recommend it to anyone who wants to do themselves good!

Grazie a Gabriella che con le sue consulenze esauriente da anni riesce sempre a trovare la soluzione più adatta a me e come dimenticare il personal trainer più paziente e competente che abbia mai conosciuto, in grado di supportarmi e sopportarmi in un percorso pieno di tanti obiettivi che non avrei MAI pensato di raggiungere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situato nel quartiere Roma sud, Warysan non è solo un centro benessere ma un luogo di relax dove si possono trovare più trattamenti per mille esigenze! Oltre al clima sempre rilassante che si trova appena si entra ,la simpatia del personale è sicuramente di spicco. Personalmente mi sono trovata bene con un messaggio relax fatto da Vanessa e trattamento luce pulsata (con i quali vedo risultati) con Marian . Il coach Andrea pieno di energia ti stimola sempre a migliorare la tua forma fisica con percorsi personalizzati.Un saluto a Gabriella che è sempre gentile e simpatica!
