Unica pecca la coda per entrare, in questi casi andrebbe gestita con il numero da prendere all'ingresso per evitare questioni tra i clienti. Courteous and professional, a well-stocked library and a large stationery corner. The only flaw is the queue to enter, in these cases it should be managed with the number to be taken at the entrance to avoid issues between customers.

Non è possibile che se offri questo servizio poi ti comporti come se ti scocciasse avere a che fare coi clienti, un minimo di pazienza di fronte a piccoli errori che il cliente ha commesso sarebbe quantomeno gradita. Invece sono stata trattata sgarbatamente e con sufficienza tutte le volte che ci sono andata. Mi spiace ma penso che mi rivolgerò altrove, se vi scoccia tanto fornire questo servizio allora toglietelo. È il secondo anno che vengo servita da questa persona e vengo trattata malissimo(fa così con tutt). Purtroppo quest'anno non ho potuto fare a meno di tornarvi, dal prossimo mi organizzerò diversamente, peccato per il resto del personale molto educato e disponibile.
