★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo cinque minuti che ho preso il numero e al box gas ed energia non c'era nessuno mi rivolgo all'addetta li presente che stava passando il tempo con il cellulare. Mi dice che devo rivolgermi a lei e si scusa perché la chiamata non funziona (eppure mi ha vista che stavo lì on piadine ad aspettare). Ho chiesto informazioni x una voltura e gentilmente mi ha spiegato le varie tariffe ma dopo che avevo deciso ed intendevo sottoscrivere il contratto, mi ha risposto dicendomi che mi conveniva farlo on line perché li ci sarebbe voluta una mezz'ora ( forse si avvicinava l'ora di pranzo) e c'erano altri clienti che sono stati serviti con la regolare chiamata del numero che probabilmente ed inspiegabilmente ha ripreso a funzionare
After five minutes of taking the number and the gas and energy box there was nobody I call the attendant present who was spending time with her cell phone. I asked for information about a transfer and kindly explained the various rates to me but after I had decided and I intended to sign the contract, he replied by telling me that I had to do it online because it would have taken them half an hour (maybe it was approaching lunch time) and there were other customers who were served with the regular call of the number that probably and inexplicably started working again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo ripetute telefonate al servizio clienti mi risponde una voce metallica impossibile da decifrare, ovviamente ho riprovato altre 3 volte e la risposta era sempre metallica da operatori di sesso diverso e postazioni diverse e di conseguenza ho realizzato che non era solo un problema riscontrato con un operatore ma bensì con tutti. Nessuno ti richiama, voglia di perdere ore al telefono per ascoltare la voce guida non ne ho, aspetterò che la cosa si sviluppi in modo diverso ma una cosa è certa : dovete risolvere "bene" il "problema" servizio clienti.

After repeated phone calls to customer service, a metallic voice that cannot be deciphered answers me, obviously I tried again 3 more times and the answer was always metallic from operators of different sex and different positions and consequently I realized that it was not just a problem encountered with an operator but with everyone. Nobody calls you back, I want to waste hours on the phone to listen to the guiding voice I don't have, I will wait for it to develop in a different way but one thing is certain: you have to solve the "problem" customer service "well".
