Ogni operatore da una risposta diversa dall'altro o rimanda da un ufficio all'altro. Not only does nobody ever answer, they also throw the phone down. Siamo a marzo 2018 e non ho mai avuto alcuna risposta da E-Distribuzione (prima Enel Distribuzione). Atteggiamento da criminali nei confronti delle persone che hanno necessità. Unfortunately shameful society. I have been requesting documentation on an insistent servitude on my property since 2015. We are in March 2018 and I have never had any response from E-Distribuzione (before Enel Distribuzione). Criminal attitude towards people in need.

Dovrò rivolgermi ad un avvocato per richiedere i danni subiti per mancanza di corrente senza un motivo valido. I have no power for 10 days but none of the e-distribution technicians have deigned to contact me to check the problem. I will have to go to a lawyer to ask for damages suffered due to a power failure without a valid reason.

Cosa serve tenerlo in funzione, solo per creare disagio ai vostri clienti ? Per fortuna sarò ancora vostra cliente ancora poco tempo visto che cambierò fornitore di energia elettrica. G	Gianluca Rigo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Richiesto allacciamento aziendale , a 7 mesi dal pagamento (i soldi li hanno voluti subito) devono ancora procedere con l’allacciamento; quelle volte che rispondono al numero verde, è prassi dei centralini dire a tutti i clienti che mancano documenti o che “in settimana verranno”; se vengono messi in difficoltà non si fanno problemi a riattaccare il telefono in faccia. Sono talmente vergognosi che non rispondono nemmeno a lettere di avvocati e forniscono indirizzi Pec disattivi, in modo che solleciti e comunicazioni non siano validi.
