★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personalmente mi sono trovato male con questa azienda:
a causa di problemi dalla loro parte mi sono ritrovato un avviso di fatture non pagate. Non un grande problema se fosse possibile mettersi in contatto velocemente con loro, invece spesso non ho ricevuto risposte alla mail e ho dovuto chiamare per due giorni prima di riuscire a parlare con un responsabile.
Aggiornamento:
dopo aver pagato tutte le bollette in maniera regolare, mi sono ritrovato 23€ di multa per un pagamento effettuato (a detta loro) in ritardo.
Alla mia richiesta di spiegazioni, mi hanno riferito che era stato un errore del software per un fantomatico errore di P.IVA e codice fiscale (termini che sono stati messi insieme più volte durante la telefonata) e che questo importo mi sarebbe stato tolto alla bolletta successiva.
Il fatto "simpatico" è che in quel momento io stessi leggendo questa "bolletta successiva" e c'era effettivamente uno storno di 23€... Seguito subito dopo da un altro addebito pari a 23€ con un'altra dicitura.
Fortunatamente avevo già avviato tutte le pratiche per effettuare il cambio di società.
Ultima chicca: oggi, 8 Giugno 2021, sto ancora attendendo la fatturazione del mese di Aprile.
Possono migliorare molto.
 Personally I found myself wrong with this company:
due to problems on their side i found myself a notice of unpaid invoices. Not a big problem if it was possible to get in touch with them quickly, instead I often received no replies to the email and had to call for two days before being able to speak to a manager.
Update:
after paying all the bills on a regular basis, I found myself fined € 23 for a payment made (according to them) late.
At my request for explanations, they told me that it had been a software error due to an elusive error of VAT number and tax code (terms that were put together several times during the phone call) and that this amount would have been deducted from my bill next.
The "funny" fact is that at that moment I was reading this "next bill" and there was actually a reversal of € 23 ... Followed immediately by another charge of € 23 with another wording.
Fortunately, I had already started all the procedures to make the change of company.
Last gem: today, June 8, 2021, I'm still waiting for the billing for the month of April.
They can improve a lot.
