My ancestors came to the United States from Mezzojuso. Me and my family visited the bread shop a few years ago when visiting the municipality. The bread was excellent and the friendliness and hospitality of the staff was superb!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giovanni è bravissimo. Tutto ciò che fa, e non solo il pane, è veramente squisito. Si, proprio squisito, anche se il termine non si usa per un forno e i prodotti da forno. Quando ci sei, è difficile limitarti a prendere il pane. E, già mentre sei li e ti imponi di non prendere questi biscotti piuttostoche quel trancio di pizza non vedi l'ora di tornarci. Vuoi tornare prima ancora di......uscire!!!
Giovanni is very good. Everything she makes, and not just the bread, is truly exquisite. Yes, absolutely delicious, even if the term is not used for an oven and baked goods. When you're at it, it's hard to just get the bread. And, while you are there and you force yourself not to take these cookies rather than that slice of pizza you can't wait to go back. You want to come back before you even ... leave !!!
