★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel salone si trova gentilezza e professionalità di tutto lo staff...ho effettuato colori più volte e sono sempre uscita soddisfatta e felice ...un mese fa ho effettuato il trattamento kerasilk riuscito benissimo...con il tempo ho riscontrato che ,anche facendo vari trattamenti i miei capelli essendo molto sottili non si sono mai danneggiati e questo grazie alla professionalità e agli ottimi prodotti usati ...prima di partire per le vacanze ho voluto mettere il prolungamento ottenendo un risultato naturale e stupendo grazie a Rosaria e al suo staff per la impegno che ci mettono nel loro lavoro

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venale..Mi fa piacere se è cambiata. Anni fa andavo da lei a tagliarmi i capelli...ho i capelli mossi..lei mi volle mettere una crema per capelli crespi (senza che io glielo chiedessi). Di solito le creme dagli altri parrucchieri costano 5€. Io ho fatto l'errore di non chiedere il costo, al momento del conto mi ha chiesto 170€... io sono rimasta di stucco...e le dissi" ma avresti dovuto dirmelo se costava tanto sta crema" allora lei mi fece un po' di sconto...io non avevo neanche tutti quei soldi con me...sono andata a casa li ho presi, glieli ho dati e non ci sono mai più ritornata. Ha intascato i soldi ma perso una cliente fissa.
Ad una mia amica le ha sbagliato il colore, l'ha fatta tornare la settimana dopo per rimediare e le ha fatto pagare di nuovo il prezzo per intero.

A friend of mine got her color wrong, made her come back the next week to fix it and made her pay the full price again.
