★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente mi fidavo di questo negozio, ma l'ultimo evento mi ha fatto un po' pensare che queste non sono persone competenti. Venerdì scorso ho chiesto al proprietario del negozio (suppongo fosse il proprietario) se questo fumetto (figura 1) era presente e se potevo averlo, mostrandogli stesso la foto del fumetto, lui mi ha risposo sì ma lo doveva ordinare e sarebbe arrivato la settimana prossima, ma io ho dovuto lo stesso pagare in anticipo 27 euro. La settimana successiva vado a ritirare il fumetto e mi ritrovo questo (figura 2). Ovviamente ho chiesto il rimborso ma nulla, non me lo hanno voluto dare, quindi ho chiesto se almeno potevo cambiare il fumetto con uno che potesse almeno interessarmi, ma non hanno accettato nemmeno questo. Sono rimasto molto deluso anche perché già avevo speso molto più di 100 euro da loro e quindi hanno perso un cliente per soli 27 euro.
I initially trusted this shop, but the last event made me think a little that these are not competent people. Last Friday I asked the shop owner (I assume he was the owner) if this comic (figure 1) was present and if I could have it, showing him the photo of the comic himself, he said yes but he had to order it and it would arrive next week , but I still had to pay 27 euros in advance. The following week I go to collect the comic and I find this (figure 2). Obviously I asked for a refund but nothing, they didn't want to give it to me, so I asked if at least I could change the comic with one that could at least interest me, but they didn't accept that either. I was also very disappointed because I had already spent a lot more than 100 euros from them and therefore they lost a customer for only 27 euros.

scusa ma lavorare non significa guadagnare soldi? e noi ve li volevamo dare comprando e voi ci avete cacciato.

e poi non ti permette di dirci che stavamo perdendo tempo perché noi volevamo semplicemente acquistare e voi ce l'avete negato.

I am one of those 3 guys, chasing? we were seeing if we were interested in something and since we did not write the price nearby we had to ask, and you asked us "IF YOU HAVE TO BUY, BUY IT !! IF YOU HAVE TO GO, WE ARE WORKING"
sorry but doesn't work mean earning money? and we wanted to give them to you by buying and you chased us away.

and then it doesn't allow you to tell us that we were wasting time because we simply wanted to buy and you denied it to us.
