Ben tenuto e ben spiegato, ritengo impareggiabile la collezione a.c., di rara bellezza, grazie alla quale è possibile tuffarsi in un passato remoto. Sono rimasta stupefatta dalla precisione degli utensili, dei gioielli, dalla tecnica artigiana, la precisione, la cura che questi oggetti tamandano valicando il tempio e lo spazio. Stupendo il menhir. Pregevole anche la collezioni di epigrafi romane. Da non perdere: biglietto 4euro, ma con 1 solo euro in più si paga anche la visita al castello di masnago e alla isolino Virginia. Da valorizzare di più. Per conoscere i nostri antenati che vivevano nelle palafitte e come vivevano. All'esterno del museo la ricostruzione di una palafitta. Vi consiglio di completare l'esperienza con una gita in barca fino all'isolino Virginia sul lago di Varese dove tutto è iniziato. Un museo che ha dimostrato davvero di voler stare al passo coi tempi.
