Il 22 novembre segnalo l errore, la loro soluzione è rimandarmi un mobiletto corretto. 17 dicembre ritirato dal fornitore. 18 dicembre segnalato che non è conforme all'ordine. Oggi 22 dicembre la soluzione pare sia di modificare da un falegname locale. Niente da dire sulla qualità del materiale. Ma ormai sono 2 mesi che non ho il bagno agibile. Le grandi ditte si distinguono per il problem solving. Questi mi pare se ne stiano lavando le mani. Mai consiglierò questo marchio. Unfortunately, fewer stars can be given. Dalla scheda tecnica si parla di uno spessore di 3 cm per poi constatare purtroppo sul punto di rottura uno spessore di 1 cm a dir tanto. Ora si può immaginare cosa significhi sostituire un piatto doccia in termini di costo e di tempo visto che devo togliere sia il box doccia e la prima fila di mattonelle di rivestimento. Ti fanno credere di comprare un prodotto di qualità ( visto i prezzi ) mentre in realtà un box doccia pagato oltre 600€ dopo pochi anni aveva già i profili rovinati !!! Oggi mi sono rivolta ad un rivenditore per poterli cambiare il quale mi risponde che l’azienda le ha comunicato che non ha più disponibili i ricambi per quel box doccia!! Non volevo credere ai miei orecchi !! Roba da matti !!! Non comprerò mai più niente di questa marca !!! Don't buy anything from this company !!! Uso prima una tessere di plastica poi un pezzetto di legno. Niente! Progetto pessimo. Non posso usare ol box. Che devo fare! Ho la doccia vecchia ormai rotta e ho chiesto di spedirmene uno con la massima urgenza. Promesso di spedire il giorno stesso ma dopo due giorni non è ancora partito. Ho il cliente imbufalito . I lavori sono fermi. Pessima gestione qualità e pessima organizzazione aziendale. Me la vedrò con il grossista con un rimborso da quantificare per il disagio, da girare al cliente.
