Dopo un tentennamento, mi è stato detto di si, mostrando ricevuta (normale) ed entro 5 giorni (strano). Sono tornato a fare il reso ma avrei dovuto prendere altre parti perché non era possibile ridare i soldi. Ma dove siamo?
Bad customer service. I asked if I could return parts in case I didn't need them. After a hesitation, I was told yes, showing receipt (normal) and within 5 days (strange). I went back to make the return but I should have taken other parts because it was not possible to give back the money. But where are we?

Pieno rispetto delle norme igieniche con uso di mascherine da parte di tutto il personale e disinfettante a disposizione dei clienti. Personale veramente qualificato e disponibile alle varie esigenze dei clienti. Ampia gamma di prodotti inerenti tutto ciò che riguarda il settore idraulico. Ottimi prezzi, da me confrontati con altri rivenditori della zona. Al piano superiore si trova anche un ampia esposizione di sanitari, di vari marchi e prezzi. Decisamente soddisfatto in tutto. Continuate così e sicuramente i Vostri clienti vi ringrazieranno con la loro fiducia.
I found a really large and spacious store (and this is a very important factor in this delicate period due to COVID-19). Full compliance with hygiene rules with the use of masks by all staff and disinfectant available to customers. Really qualified staff available to the various customer needs. Wide range of products concerning everything related to the plumbing sector. Great prices, compared by me with other retailers in the area. Upstairs there is also a large exhibition of bathroom fixtures, of various brands and prices. Definitely satisfied with everything. Keep it up and your customers will surely thank you with their trust.
