Ho contattato il venditore che mi ha risposto che mi avrebbe spedito la confezione mancante, scusandosi per il disguido. Fin qui tutto bene. Peccato che dopo 2 mesi da quella email e non avevo ancora ricevuto nulla. Li ho nuovamente contattati informandoli che ero ancora in attesa della merce o quanto meno di un loro riscontro, ma non ho ricevuto nemmeno una risposta. A questo punto ritengo di poter esprimere un giudizio negativo sull'affidabilità di questo venditore e di essere contrariato su come ha gestito il mio acquisto, lasciandomi scontento per la misera somma di 8 euro/confezione. Aggiornamento del 09/04/2021 La confezione mi è finalmente arrivata. Ringrazio pubblicamente il venditore che, seppure con notevole ritardo, ha gestito la situazione. Congrui i prezzi - se non anche lievemente inferiori alla media - così come i costi di spedizione addebitati. Inoltre, si tratta dell'unico rivenditore trovato online che avesse la cartuccia ORIGINALE del miscelatore Newform, che stavo cercando (pare si trovino solo prodotti di terze parti, dati per compatibili). Se questo è lo standard con cui opera Barbetta, per i ricambi idraulici la GDO non mi vedrà più per un bel pezzo :) . Grazie per la professionalità. P.S. - Un piccolo suggerimento: aggiungete per favore un foglio di pluriball attorno agli imballi originali dei prodotti, all'interno della busta del corriere; nel mio caso avrebbe giovato, appunto, agli imballi originali, che hanno visibilmente risentito del viaggio. Ricontatto l'assistenza Whatsapp, e mi hanno detto che dovrei fare un nuovo ordine con il reso, a spese mie. Un esperienza non molto soddisfacente, consiglio soltanto per chi ha già i codici ricambi, o ciò che serve già alla mano, e non si affidi completamente all'assistenza.
