Ho ordinato dei termoarredi di design da 1200€, abbiamo fatto i lavori in casa seguendo le loro indicazioni e loro si sono SCORDATI di ordinarli... da luglio li ho ricevuti a dicembre! non hanno voluto riconoscere il loro errore e mi hanno praticamente obbligato a prenderli ugualmente nonostante avessi trovato un altro fornitore ad un prezzo migliore (chiaramente... dato che ormai il periodo di alta stagione era passato...). Ridicoli. Fortemente sconsigliati. I prezzi sono allo stesso livello di molti altri. Li avevo scelti solo per il consiglio dell'azienda che mi ha fatto i lavori in casa. GRANDISSIMO errore! Simply incorrect, without any professionalism, without the desire to solve problems for the customer, arrogant (word that they will have to look for on the vocabulary ...) and rude. I ordered designer radiators from 1200 €, we did the housework following their instructions and they forgot to order them ... from July I received them in December! they did not want to acknowledge their mistake and practically forced me to take them anyway even though I had found another supplier at a better price (clearly ... given that the high season had already passed ...). Ridiculous. Strongly discouraged. The prices are on the same level as many others. I had chosen them only for the advice of the company that did the housework for me. BIG mistake!

Progettazione interni con rivestimento bagno elaborato in modo approssimativo e con scarsa attenzione. Chiesto di persona un preventivo box doccia 20 luglio 2019 MAI ricevuto.. Ma come sul sito non si parla di preventivo gratuito in 48 ore????? Bad experience, ordered a gray shower tray, arrived white .. Penso mi abbiano venduto delle piastrelle fallate . E tra l’altro il prezzo non era nemmeno poco Horrendous floor .. They had said that imitation wood porcelain stoneware was resistant to anything .. And instead I get stained even with just water !! I think they sold me some bad tiles. And among other things, the price was not cheap either

Il venditore che si è occupato del nostro ordine inoltre si è mostrato molto sbrigativo e poco competente nel darci consigli tecnici per ordinare elementi adeguati ai nostri spazi,tanto che una volta arrivati sono risultati sproporzionati e fuori misura. Inoltre, prima dell'acquisto, non effettuano valutazioni e misurazioni in loco,come ormai quasi tutti gli esercizi di questo tipo offrono al cliente. 2 weeks ago Personally we did not feel well at all, very limited material display and most of the choice of products possible only through the catalog. All ritorno alla seconda visita stessa situazione. Profilo venditore inadeguato alla gestione delle richieste del cliente. Inoltre il prezzo fuori dal mercato. No grazie! On the first visit I got the impression that the seller is annoyed. During the visit the impression intensified. All the way back to the second visit same situation. Seller profile inadequate to manage customer requests. Plus the price out of the market. No thanks!
E	Enza Faccia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do' una stella perché 0 non si riesce... Esperienza pessima. Preciso che ho acquistato da loro tramite l'impresa che mi ha ristrutturato casa, ma poco cambia. Piastrelle arrivate completamente spaccate dopo 4 mesi di attesa, che ho dovuto ritagliare ad arte e montare così perché nessuno le ha cambiate. Altre piastrelle di colori sbagliati, piatto doccia diverso dal resto dei sanitari (anche questo ho dovuto tenerlo), tempi di consegna di ben 7 mesi per un bagno e 9 radiatori. Assistenza zero, uno scaricabarile continuo... Mai più!!! I give a star because 0 is not successful ... Bad experience. I specify that I bought from them through the company that renovated my house, but little changes. Tiles arrived completely cracked after 4 months of waiting, which I had to artfully cut out and assemble like this because nobody changed them. Other tiles in the wrong colors, shower tray different from the rest of the bathroom fixtures (this too I had to keep), delivery times of 7 months for a bathroom and 9 radiators. Zero assistance, a continuous blame game ... Never again !!!
