★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono un professionista che lavora su grafici e tabelle spesso in un luogo coperto ma esposto alla luce naturale esterna.
Mi sono recato in questo store per confrontare le due dimensioni di MacBook Pro e per testare la luminosità nei pressi della loro vetrata.
Poiché oggi è un po' coperto, ho chiesto ad uno dei responsabili se LORO potessero mostrarmi il portatile subito all'esterno del negozio.
Ho spiegato anche il famoso problema dei 1000 nits non veritieri se non si visualizzano contenuti hdr (luminosità bloccata a 500 a meno di futuri aggiornamenti software) e la risposta ricevuta è stata NO.
Nessuna spiegazione.
Nessun tipo di
- non sono autorizzato
- non sono assicurato qualora io stesso del negozio facessi un danno
- non sono assicurato qualora in quel momento succedesse qualcosa.
Niente.
Solo NO.
Come se avesse paura di qualcosa di collegato alla mia persona.
Questo per me è semplicemente assurdo.
Se non è possibile al cliente devi spiegare il motivo e non rispondere solo NO.
Vivo a Milano e dovendo rimanere a Taranto ancora 10 giorni esisteva anche la possibilità acquistassi il portatile da loro (avendo urgenza) se uno disponibile avesse soddisfatto le mie esigenze... ma ovviamente davanti a questo comportamento non posso che sconsigliare lo store.
Ripeto, non è il NO, è il NO senza uno straccio di motivazione.
Ringrazio comunque chi mi ha risposto preventivamente in mail riguardo alla disponibilità in sede.

I went to this store to compare the two sizes of MacBook Pro and to test the brightness near their window.
As it is a bit covered today, I asked one of the managers if THEY could show me the laptop right outside the store.
I also explained the famous problem of untrue 1000 nits if no hdr content is displayed (brightness locked at 500 unless future software updates) and the answer received was NO.
No explanation.
No kind of
- I am not authorized
- I am not insured if I damage the shop myself
- I am not insured if something happens at that time.
Nothing.
Only NO.
As if he were afraid of something connected to my person.
This to me is simply absurd.
If it is not possible to the customer, you must explain the reason and not just answer NO.
I live in Milan and having to stay in Taranto for 10 more days there was also the possibility of buying the laptop from them (having urgency) if an available one had satisfied my needs ... but obviously in front of this behavior I can only advise against the store.
I repeat, it is not the NO, it is the NO without a shred of motivation.
However, I thank those who replied to me in advance in email regarding the availability on site.

I came out 1 hour later with a fully functioning computer + a backup on a new hard drive. Ivan and Gianluca were life saving.
