★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una volta accordato l’orario di Chekin-in, l’appartamento ci è stato dato dopo circa 2 ore perché la proprietaria non aveva preso visione della mail; partiamo già male.
Il palazzo è vecchio, con le porte tagliafuoco che separano i vari piani. Premetto che la terrazza del nostro appartamento doveva guardare il lago, invece ci è stata data lateralmente che guardava la strada e questi non erano gli accordi o comunque ciò che c’era scritto. Altra nota negativa.
Poi, una volta arrivati nell’appartamento, entriamo nel soggiorno, sporco e pieno di polvere. Nel divano nemmeno ci appoggiavo i cappotti da quanto putrido fosse.
La cucina, un buco, aveva pentole e piatti sporchi con pezzi di cibo attaccati. La camera da letto carina, ma il letto fatiscente; nemmeno le lenzuola cambiate. Era pieno di capelli e macchie; mancava poco e vomitavo, per dire nemmeno la decenza di controllare se le lenzuola fossero cambiate e pulite. Il bagno era l’unico che si salvava, carino, ma molto piccolo.
Non andateci se siete allergici agli acari e alla polvere come me e soprattutto se avete ben chiaro cosa significa il concetto di pulizia ?
 Once the Chekin-in time was agreed, the apartment was given to us after about 2 hours because the owner had not read the email; we start badly already.
The building is old, with fire doors separating the various floors. I state that the terrace of our apartment had to look at the lake, instead it was given to us from the side facing the street and these were not the agreements or whatever was written on it. Another negative note.
Then, once we arrive in the apartment, we enter the living room, dirty and full of dust. I didn't even put my coats on the sofa since it was putrid.
The kitchen, a hole, had dirty pots and plates with pieces of food sticking to it. The bedroom is nice, but the bed is dilapidated; not even the sheets changed. It was full of hair and spots; it was close and I was vomiting, not even to say the decency to check if the sheets were changed and clean. The bathroom was the only one that could be saved, nice, but very small.
Do not go there if you are allergic to mites and dust like me and especially if you have a clear understanding of what the concept of cleaning means ?
