★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So this is overall a very nice place! Don't misunderstand that. The problem I had was with reporting issues, I was told every time "it's not possible." The fan blades on the AC units were disgusting, they are apparently only cleaned once every 8 years, the water would occasionally smell like gas (quick Google search informed me it may be bacteria in the water/pipes/water heater), the screens don't stay down yet you're required to leave them open a couple hours a day to prevent mold and thus large numbers of bugs decide to join you, and the dishwasher took about a week to fix. I also got moved from the third floor to the second floor without a reason (someone moved in to the third floor that same day).
