★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho passato una settimana meravigliosa ad Orta, dormendo nella camera Dolcenotte, piccola camera dotata di tutti i comfort a due passi dal salotto di Piazza Motta, dove di giorno vieni cullato dal lieve sciabordio delle acque che si infrangono sul molo; Posizionata in centro Orta, è vicina al Sacro Monte, dove puoi godere della veduta meravigliosa che spazia nell'infinito del lago, nel cui mezzo sorge quella che io chiamo l'Isola del Silenzio, col monastero delle suore di clausura. Un raro gioiello incastonato nelle limpide acque del lago.
E, ultimo ma non ultimo, un ringraziamento particolare ai proprietari, che mi hanno cullato come se fossi un parente, prendendosi cura delle mie esigenze ed essendo sempre disponibili a suggerimenti e dritte per godere al meglio del mio soggiorno.
 I spent a wonderful week in Orta, sleeping in the Dolcenotte room, a small room equipped with all comforts a stone's throw from the living room in Piazza Motta, where during the day you are lulled by the gentle lapping of the waters that break on the pier; Located in the center of Orta, it is close to the Sacro Monte, where you can enjoy the wonderful view that sweeps into the infinity of the lake, in the middle of which rises what I call the Island of Silence, with the monastery of the cloistered nuns. A rare jewel set in the clear waters of the lake.
And, last but not least, a special thanks to the owners, who cradled me as if I were a relative, taking care of my needs and being always available for suggestions and tips to make the most of my stay.
