★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The shop is in the Duomo area, and so very convenient if you need a repair or service while on vacation in Florence. While vacationing here, I had a problem with one hearing aid, and Tiziano Vella, the audiologist, examined it, and discovered it was a simple and quick repair. While his English is limited, we were able to understand each other, and he very, very kindly didn't charge me for the simple service. It has made all the difference for me on this trip. Thank you, Sr. Vella!!!
