★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a brief chat with the chef here. I was surprised at what was served up to me as a typical Bologna piadini. Simply a wrap with a slice of Mortadella and a layer of cheese. It looked and tasted miserable for 5 Euro. No tomato,lettuce or onion. Maybe this is the way it should be. I was the only customer on a Friday after work .
