Per cominciare, prendendo l'appuntamento ammetto di avere i capelli sporchi e annodati di 4giorni e mi viene detto di districarli e lavarli da sola prima di andare poi sono andata a farmi un colore e taglio , ho speso quanto da un vero parrucchiere ma il servizio è stato da principianti. I capelli non mi piacciono e quando l'ho fatto presente a più riprese mi sono state date scuse come "il colore schiarisce lavandolo, è solo mezzo tono più scuro del tuo colore naturale, ora mi sono segnato il tuo colore la prossima volta lo schiariamo". La prossima volta ? Non tornerò mai più e mai lo consiglierò a nessuno. Il mio colore naturale è grigio, il mezzo tono sopra è nero. Da un anno stavo provando a schiarirmi per tornare a quello che ERA il mio colore naturale. Esperienza molto negativa.
 Absolutely overpriced and incompetent. To begin with, taking the appointment I admit that I have 4 days of dirty and knotted hair and I am told to untangle and wash it myself before I go then I went to get a color and cut, I spent as much as at a real hairdresser but the service it was for beginners. I don't like the hair and when I mentioned it several times I was given excuses like "the color lightens by washing it, it's only half a tone darker than your natural color, now I have marked your color next time we lighten it ". Next time ? I will never go back and never recommend it to anyone. My natural color is gray, the top half tone is black. For a year I have been trying to lighten myself to go back to what was my natural color. Very bad experience.

I miei capelli devastati da una deco casalinga.
Chiamo casualmente questo studio.
Da li a 15 minuti ero nelle loro mani.
Gentili, capaci, cordiali, delicatissimi.
Regnava la pace nonostante le tante postazioni assolutamente ben gestite.
Prodotti naturali di un brand che è da anni qualità ed eccellenza.
I miei capelli finalmente sistemati e salvando una cute martoriata precedentemente.
Parliamo del prezzo?
Ridicolo per il tipo di servizio oltretutto rimediato in extremis.
Matteo...si Matteo...un conto è essere bravi e professionali, ma un'altra storia è amare il proprio lavoro e trasmettere questo amore ad un semplice cliente, tu e tutte le belle anime che operano li dentro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prodotti discreti ed il personale non è molto qualificato. Ho testato questo salone ben 2 volte proprio per accertarmi di non essermi sbagliata a valutare. La prima volta mi è stato fatto un "finto" shampoo perché la persona non è stata capace , la seconda volta ...anche cambiando persona , rincasando in serata avevo ancora il collo del maglione tutto bagnato ! Ammetto i prodotti " naturali" , ma dopo esattamente 14 giorni devo rifare il colore ! Secondo il mio parere è solamente caro. P.s. premetto che sono una persona abituata a saloni di un certo livello, ma questo mi ha deluso.
Discreet products and the staff is not very qualified. I tested this salon 2 times just to make sure I wasn't wrong to evaluate. The first time I was given a "fake" shampoo because the person was not able, the second time ... even changing person, coming home in the evening I still had the neck of my sweater all wet! I admit the "natural" products, but after exactly 14 days I have to redo the color! In my opinion it's just expensive. P.s. I state that I am a person used to salons of a certain level, but this disappointed me.

I prodotti usati nel salone sono della marca Oway e sono molto efficaci e sopratutto naturali. Possono anche essere acquistati per l uso domestico e li consiglio vivamente per i risultati ottenuti.
Very nice and well-kept salon managed by competent and very friendly staff. The cut and color are gorgeous.
