Prezzi assolutamente imbarazzanti per una cassatina che mi vergogno a chiamare tale: senza ricotta o pan di Spagna, solo una copertura di glassa spessa un dito. I cannoli avevano dentro una crema che stento a chiamare ricotta. Prodotti scadenti giustificabili con prezzi contenuti, pagati invece come eccellenza. Qui un bicchiere di panna (generalmente gratis o a prezzo irrisorio) costa più della granita, che tra l'altro è davvero mediocre. Quando l'ho fatto notare, la gentilissima signora ha risposto: "Ci sono posti dove ti fanno pagare anche per andare in bagno". Molto scarso anche il cornetto!!! Per fortuna la Sicilia e le Eolie sono altro, con tanti luoghi buoni dove mangiare una vera granita e a prezzi onesti! Evitate questo bar, assolutamente!!! REPLICA AL PROPRIETARIO: Le faccio presente che sono di Messina, dove la panna in qualsiasi bar della città è esclusivamente fresca e dal gusto unico! E naturalmente gratuita o a prezzo irrisorio se servita a parte in grande quantità. La vostra panna doveva far parte delle granite, avevamo soltanto chiesto di metterla in un bicchiere a parte, senza immaginare che avesse un costo addirittura superiore alla stessa granita (3 euro e 50 due cucchiai di panna! Non siate cosi con i turisti che ce li fate scappare). Per il resto, sempre da messinese, garantisco che le granite che io giudico buone sono altre. Così come le brioche e i cornetti. Infine, la risposta della signora alla cassa non è quella che bisognerebbe dare ad un cliente che ha pagato (tanto) per provare il vostro locale. Si tratta di educazione.
