Salvatore, che ci ha descritto la provenienza della carne e la relativa lavorazione genuina, abbiamo seguito il suo consiglio ed abbiamo acquistato udelle fettine che erano ottime. Siamp divebtati subito cliebti e abbiamo ordinato già la carbe da riportare a casa al ritorno dalla vacanza. Consigliatissimo. Alla richiesta di uno scontrino dettagliato, la risposta è stata sviante con la scusa che il pollo era biologico! Non metto 0 stelle perché non si può! Sconsigliatissimo!!! Real scam! G	Giuseppina Sepe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inizialmente stavamo cercando un posto dove cenare ma tutti veramente pieni e con prezzi molto elevati così mi sono spostato in questa macelleria ed ho acquistato dei pezzi di carne veramente eccellenti, molto teneri e molto saporiti ben difficile trovare posti come questo neanche a pagar caro, spesso la carne tende a essere dura e tira fuori molta acqua questa niente di tutto ciò, quasi quasi mi dispiace non aver acquistato un quantitativo maggiore, sicuramente appena tornerò nelle vicinanze acquisterò da voi, lo consiglio perché veramente si mangia di qualità, non si può mangiare nel posto ma bensì solo acquistare carne e mangiarla nella propria abitazione o cucinarsela come uno vuole ma la qualità è eccellente a differenza di altri che ti cucinano ma non sai quello che mangi. Da Salvatore troverete carne controllata di qualità e disponibilità piena da parte dello staff! diffidate da tutti i cialtroni che sulle strade principali di Torre Lapillo parlano di cibo fresco e buono,non è affatto così... Consiglio vivamente di provare le prelibatezze che questa macelleria vi regalerà,resterete davvero soddisfatti! In poche parole FANTASTICO Finally the original Apulian bowler hat !! La carne si presenta molto bene e Salvatore è un professionista molto competente che sa consigliare. La carne è di altissima qualità e i prezzi sono giusti e onesti. Speriamo di poter tornarci presto. Consigliatissimo. Da subito si nota la gentilezza e l'esperienza di Salvstore ottimo padrone di casa e persona con molta esperienza, dato che ci ha spiegato ogni singolo modo per cucinare e provenienza dei suoi articoli, visto la sua gentilezza abbiamo approfittato per chiedere anche dove poter cenare in posti tipici sia dell'entroterra e non.. Locale molto pulito si percepiva profumo di pulito! Beh la grigliata è andata benissimo ci siamo mangiati tutto con molto gusto tutto ottimo! Consiglio l'antica macelleria da Antonio come fornitore di carne nel vostro perdi odi di permanenza da queste parti!!!! Grazie Salvatore gli amici di Milano!!! La curiosità ti fa avvicinare, vedi la disposizione della carne sul bancone, l’attenzione e la cura dell’uomo nei movimenti. Parli un attimo e subito capisci che di fronte a te c’è rispetto e cultura della carne ! ... diaframma spettacolare !
