F	Francesca Giani on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Niente da dire sull'agenzia in se, tutto perfetto sia in fase di prenotazione che di accoglienza, il problema è stato l'appartamento...non c'erano neppure 2 tazzine per prendere il caffè, ce n'era una e un'altra con il manico rotto e niente per scaldare il latte, abbiamo dovuto usare la pentola per la pasta, e pure i bicchieri da acqua pochi e ridicoli. Quando abbiamo fatto notare le mancanze, almeno per le tazzine, ci è stato risposto che a settembre era normale...a fine stagione qualcosa può mancare... Ma dico siamo pazzi? Io ho pagato tanto quanto chi è venuto a giugno e ho gli stessi diritti. La risposta non è certo stata professionale e ovviamente nessuno ci ha portato niente. Anche se non si è i proprietari dell'appartamento bisogna sincerarsi che non manchino le cose basilari. Avendo lavorato per anni in agriturismo, so perfettamente come si fa il controllo della cucina e se manca qualcosa si rimpiazza. Non so quanto la responsabilità sia del proprietario che magari si rifiuta di fornire cose in più ma certamente non va bene. Alla fine per questi problemi non ci hanno fatto pagare le spese per la corrente elettrica però vi suggerisco di stare attenti a queste cose perchè sono fondamentali. Do 4 stelle perchè comuque l'agenzia è seria non come quella che avevamo trovato l'anno prima Nothing to say about the agency itself, everything was perfect both in the booking and reception phase, the problem was the apartment ... there were not even 2 cups to take coffee, there was one and one another with a broken handle and nothing to heat the milk, we had to use the pasta pot, and also the few and ridiculous glasses for water. I paid as much as the one who came in June and I have the same rights. The answer was certainly not professional and obviously no one brought us anything. Even if you are not the owner of the apartment you have to make sure that the basic things are not missing. Having worked for years on a farm, I know perfectly well how to control the kitchen and replace it if something is missing. I don't know how much the responsibility lies with the owner who may refuse to provide extra things but certainly not good. In the end for these problems they did not charge us for electricity but I suggest you to be careful about these things because they are fundamental. I give 4 stars because the agency is serious, not like the one we found the year before

A mio parere conviene prenotare con loro, io ho indirizzato un sacco di turisti è tutti sono rimasti contenti,dalle case che sono molto curate e funzionali, che dalla cura che ofrono verso il cliente.
