Appena l'avevo riportata all' Animal Oasis non vedeva l'ora di entrare. Ve lo consiglio. It is already the second year that I have brought my dog there. Staff very kind, competent and very helpful. Anziché dare risposte arroganti accetti i voti negativi e si migliori... come accetta ben volentieri quelli positivi accetti le segnalazioni negative. Se ci sono tanti 1 alla sua attività un motivo ci sarà ! Di fake ci sono solo le sue risposte! Saluti In risposta a lei: La sua grinta a rispondere dimostra quanto detto , la sua paura ad accettare i commenti anche negativi è inaccettabile e poco elegante..si accettano tutti i pareri altrimenti si commenti da solo!!!! Considerando la mia scarsa esperienza, ho chiesto di poter vedere la sistemazione prima di affidare loro il gatto. Eravamo reduci dalla prima chiusura per pandemia, inizio giugno e loro sono stati disponibilissimi, sottolineando che mi facevano entrare in struttura solo perché al momento non c'erano molti "ospiti" Altrimenti avrebbero preferito evitare, per non disturbare gli animali. Mi sembra più che sensato e molto rispettoso nei confronti degli animali che sono lì. Il nostro gatto è tornato a casa dopo tre settimane. Era tranquillo, certamente spaesato, ma si è reinserito a casa e in famiglia senza alcun problema. Ci riaffideremo a loro anche quest'anno. First experience last year for our kitten.
